Iswar Sankalpa is a team made of bright and motivated people. We value diligence, commitment, creative inputs and passion – ready to take the world by a storm! We are always looking to better our care pathways, service delivery model(s) and the eco-systems we are building, to continuously try and build an inclusive community for persons with psychosocial disabilities.

We, as an organisation have grown from a team of 8 individuals who came together to a team of over 70 individuals, from different professional backgrounds, working in different programmes, in the various areas of the organisation work, ultimately all coming together in  circle to fulfil the dream Iswar Sankalpa is.

There are many opportunities to learn and grow at Iswar Sankalpa, and we foster a team-driven atmosphere encouraging the qualities of empathy, problem-solving, listening skills, innovations, and implementation and we offer a competitive salary with benefits.
